Storytime

I was inspired to go into the field of design through the encouragement of my fourth grade teacher, who submitted my art pieces to museums. From then on, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the creative field. I have taken many courses involving photography, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe AfterEffects, animation, as well as, hands-on art classes.

My first professional design experience began at UC Davis. As a graphics designer of the UC Davis Theatre and Dance publicity department, I have created digital and print assets for the department’s productions. I am currently an Art Director on Trailhead, Salesforce, where I also thrived as a Visual Designer and Senior Designer. At Salesforce, I have led and executed digital and print creatives for our large technology conferences: Dreamforce, Connections, Lightning Developer Week, Summer of Hacks, TrailheaDX, Trailhead Academy Bootcampsm and even third party event presence. Along with creating assets for events, web and print, promotional items, I have illustrated, designed, and managed characters brand and assets for Trailhead. As a graphic designer, executive assistant, and marketing administrator at Live Sushi and Breakfast at Tiffany’s, I designed and created logos, gift certificates, PowerPoint presentations, menus, and templates for my client. As the executive graphic designer at Boutique Envy, I created their website banners, logo, posters, business cards and much more. My skills as a designer has grown tremendously throughout the years, especially with my experience at Salesforce.

The experiences that I have garnered throughout the years have majorly expanded my skills and creativity as a designer and I am confident that I can be a valuable asset to any future company or project.
